Well today didn't go as planned at all...
Today was 12-28-2023
The 3 year anniversary of when I started lifting again.
I wanted to have a awesome chest day and spend a hour taking pictures.
Unfortunately... I spent most of the day in and out of the bathroom. Bouncing between extremely constipated and couldn't stop if there was a gun to my head... But
even though I missed almost all my meals... And unleashed hell in there... Sitting at 192.6lbs.
So I missed my goal by 5lbs.
Stomach is still pretty fucked up... Probably have a long night ahead of me.
Really hoping I'm better by tomorrow...
But within the next few days I will take some time and put real effort into taking my 3 year pictures.
I'm just trying to decide if I should post my before and after pics on Facebook.
Those who are close to me have seen my before pictures... But not the general public so to speak.
I was going to wait until I hit 215lbs... But idk... I might do the 3yr mark instead...

.... What caused it?
I'm assuming the germ factory Christmas... Or because my girl is a Uber eats, door dash, etc... driver and is always bringing me random food home...or the fact that I can't go 8hrs without shoving my tongue in her ass... I mean it's anyone's guess

I'm back after my 2 week break from here. Another member really pissed me off... And I had my birthday and sons birthday to focus on.
But I'm back
Currently sitting at 193lbs and I finally broke 16" on my biceps!
I haven't been able to squat and deadlift like I want... Foot is finally getting better and don't want to go backwards. So I've been squatting and DL, but haven't been going very heavy.
But I did recently hit 240lb for 3 on bench. So I'm closing in fast on my 275lb bench.
Honestly... If I was able to bench outside.. or In a gym... Id probably have it. But because my gym is in my bedroom... I'm definitely more cautious than I probably have to be.
But I'm back
