Pinned my 6th dose today. Have worked out 12 times in 17 days and unbelievably have added almost a half inch to my biceps.

2 pics from weekend before first pinning. 223 pounds 17.25 biceps
Pics from today. 232puonds, mostly water weight I am sure, 17.75 biceps. I think I am doing ok for less than 3 weeks.
