So guys been a minute since I was here........all been going well. So i did my anavar cycle.....ended up sticking with 20mg per day and took it under the tongue on training days before training. Definitely made a difference as in I was able to train longer and more energy. Not the kind of boost you would get from a pre workout.......which I haven't found a good one in years........but a nice improvement. Recovery was good too. So the cycle was 400mg per week of test and 20mg per day anavar coming up to comp. First one in two years so was really only relying on it to get my confidence back in competition. Didn't intend on going for PB's just do my best. So I got 9 out of 9 good lifts.
Total 600kg / 1320lb ,......
200kg / 440lb squat,
160kg / 352lb bench
240kg / 528lb deadlift.
There was definitely more strength there but the confidence need to be found again .........and I definitely found it. Thoroughly enjoyed the comp and fired up to keep competing again.
So anavar has been dropped and test is back down to 200mg per week. Did have any side effects from the anavar apart from a good mood

Acne has now flared up on my shoulders and chest which is annoying but to be expected I suppose with the increase in hormones.
I'll stick with test only for the rest of the year and then maybe add one other compound in next time.
