Ok.. 2 more sets of 20 at 150lb.
Then... leg extensions and... hmmm... I guess some calf raises... have to fix these tiny little calves 😂🤣😂🤣

I mean they can always be bigger... but I probably get the most complements about my calves when I'm out in public.

Thanks brother... but I have to say... it's genetics!! My dad still has some monster calves. I wish I had a picture of his like 10 years ago... he had calves most bodybuilders would be jealous of.
But since he's gotten older and became the higher up boss... his activity level has dropped and they have shrunk.

Also I weighed the bar
So I hit a 305lb deadlift.
That might not seem like a lot to some of you monsters... but I'm fucking pumped!!

I was just telling my girl that... I'm like man that 300lbs (well it was really 305)felt heavy as fuck! I can't believe I use to be able to bench that!!

But her and I were just talking... and I'm going to make a run for the 1,000lb club.
275lb bench
325lb squat
400lb deadlift
I still want the 145lb strict curl buy obviously that won't count towards the 1,000lb.
But I feel like those numbers are more than respectable. Especially since I'm not a powerlifter and workout at home.

Again I'm not going for... super impressive numbers. Just respectable. Numbers I don't have to break eye contact when I say them 😂🤣.
Tomorrow I'm going to try another heavy bench. Not that I can actually go over 225.
Then Saturday or Sunday I'll gonna go for a heavy squat.

So my goals... and Jesus I gave myself a lot
205 body weight
275 bench
325 squat
400 deadlift
145 strict curl
165 overhead press
2 25lb pinch grip
The only 2 I'm really trying to hit by the end of this blast is the bench and body weight.
This is the first time I've set myself goals since I started lifting again. I'm hoping laying these out will keep me motivated.

Those are respectable numbers for anyone bro. Don’t compare yourself to other people though man some people are different like me dude I been lifting for a long time and focusing on that I’m 208 I bench like 400 deadlift 630 squat 500 like people are different but those numbers your wanting is awesome dude and I totally think you can hit them those are badass numbers

But Lee you can really see that separation.
That shit takes forever with legs
