do not forget that building lean muscle takes a while. 6-7 lbs of lean muscle is huge progress!

Yeah especially after watching a lot of Will... Tenasyn? Hold on ... Will Tennysons (thanks Google) videos. I just found out he gained 6lbs of lean muscle in 2 years! Fuckin natty idiot 😂😂. No but really... He's bigger and stronger than me and he's natural. So I give him all the love and respect in the world... Plus I really like the kid. But 6lbs in 2 years? Fuck that!

And he got a dexa scan 2 years apart. So it was actually 6lbs of lean muscle in 2 years.

9 months on masteron bro. Not cruise doses either. I've tapered off it now, sick of the face acne and not allowed accutane, that is to say it would upset someone if I used it and I'm not willing to lie about using it so it's off the table. Been using SA face wash and benzoyl to minimise damage but I'd just rather not deal with it for a while.

Benefit to coming of the mast is I've stopped sweating like a mother fucker at night, makes retaining moisture hard when you got to wring your pillows out in the morning. Probably connected to AI effect.

Good evening brethren. Today was lat day, I'm trying to just focus on one thing per session at the moment to apply maximum damage. But, I'm not training as many sessions per week so 🤷 see what happens.

Was awkward to get it to pop like that, but that is the most lat I've ever had at this kind of BF%. Didn't take measurement cause its cold and I wanted to put my pullover on but was 47" the other day with no pump.

Sorry G. I'm need them to make up for my average penis which looks sub average on my frame.

Remember those pull downs on resistance bands against door? And one handed standing ones stood face on to door. Those are my favourite for pump.

But yeah I need to get new bands.
I bought 2 of the cheap sets 3 years ago on Amazon. They are starting to break now.
Not the cheap tube kind... They are real bands. But they are starting to dry out and snap. I've been mostly using my pulley system.
And I just got up and set everything up for lats 😂🤣.
I'm going to lat pulldown and T bar row until I can't anymore

I rarely see anyone with anything good to say about resistance bands for serious training but I get my best pumps either using them as the starter or the finisher to free weights.

Yeah I definitely agree with you!!!
I absolutely love bands! Hell for the first... Year or year and a half all I had was bands!
Bands and 2 25lb dumbbells.
I was using mine until 2 weeks ago. I had 3 break right in a row. Now I just don't trust the ones I have left. I don't want to get smoked in the face or have it fly and break something in my room.

But pulldowns, shoulder shrugs, anchored lateral raises, shoulder presses, rear delt raises... Curls... All the best with bands!
The reason my side delts are so big is because of bands!
The freedom and mobility bands give you make them the absolute best for any shoulder exercise!

I think the reason bands get such a bad rep is because of those shitty tube bands. The ones with the handles built in... Those fuckin suck!
But real bands, they are the shit!
Plus I don't think people realize they make big bands! Like 120-200lbs of resistance!
Like this big green band... It's no fuckin joke! And they make them even bigger!
They definitely have their place and they absolutely work!

These things fuckin suck... They will say 10lb,15lb,25lb,50lb... Yet you can put them all together and curl them like nothing.
These bands give good bands a bad reputation

192 on waking the other day but that can go up and down a few lbs really quickly if I have a good or bad day for drinking my gallon.

It's just so crazy that we're basically the same weight... But I'm sure more of my weight is in my legs. While yours is up top.
I have 17" calves and 24.5" quads (not pumped)

But yeah I feel ya on the sudden weight lost... I can lose a pound in one day if I'm not on my shit. Damn this fast metabolism...


And... I know... It's not much... But it's more than I've ever had!
The fact that I'm actually seeing any growth at all is fuckin awesome!
A few weeks ago.. either you or Wes said "just do a lat spread" and I'm like... I don't have lats to fuckin spread!!!
So after a crazy pull day yesterday, and then a great pull day (all decline, really trying to get that lower pec bigger... Want that fold over titty meat) and some awesome tricep workouts, I just spent the last several minutes trying to lat spread... Well I know how, but getting it on camera is another issue.
So... Here's my first time I've actually had "lats" big enough to spread.
