Anadrol is insanely good for bulking and making you stupid strong. But it’s not healthy at all either so take some organ health and just be careful

but on the other hand - anadrol is FDA approved. i mean, it is still healthy if you know how to handle it...

FDA approved and healthy... that's one of the best oxymorons I've heard in a while... like red blue jeans... or jumbo shrimp...

The thing below is FDA approved... so... this is why I have trust issues...

Yeah FDA can eat a dick 100%. It can be taken “safely” no doubt but still gonna scar they liver up most likely. I loved the gainz from it but just wasn’t worth the health risk for me. And I was only taking 50 a day

Igf is like an extremely fast acting hgh and yes many orals are bad for organs but Anadrol is rough compared to other orals. IGF is not a steroid.

No you keep your gainz forever you don’t lose the growth from growth hormones it’s causing your bones your tendons just eveything to grow.

But IGF is not the same thing as HGH you take em together and get amazing results. But IGF will 100% make your grow

I was on HGH for a little over 10 months and I’m just naturally a bigger person now. It’s badass and my dicks bigger not joking lol

But I love how I've completely changed the way people spell Gainz here 😁.

And yes it's legit... he's not in it for the money... the fact is raws and gear is really cheap. It's assholes that drive the price up to line their pockets.
People can brew and make vials for $10 or less.
Big underground labs can make them for pennies..

This is facts Raws is cheap af the vials are what cost the most. And labels lol gear itself very cheap.

but to b fair and in my defense even though i only been doin this two years ive been in gym every single day- i workout constantly and im nowhere where u guys are
at.
it is discouraging - but i try to use it as more incentive

Don't be discouraged you just need to find what works for you. That's a huge over simplification but I don't follow any diet or routines. I eat according to what I know about my metabolism and focus on volume and isolation. Free weights and resistance bands only. It's unconventional but works for me.

But Lee is absolutely right!
You have to find what works for you. You could be over training... you need rest as much as training. But food is by far the most important thing!
Plants can't grow without water and food. No matter how good the dirt is (training) no matter how much sun they get (gear) no matter how much dark they get (sleep) they won't grow without water and food! And the more water and food they get.... the bigger they will get!
We're the exact same way.
That's why professional bodybuilders eat 5,000+ calories per day... why professional strongmen eat 7,500-10,000 a day.
You have to eat for the body you want.

Again... posted yesterday... but had to share again... In the first pic with the 😈 I think I really captured a good shot of my chest and traps. I know my traps aren't any special... but for the longest time they didn't exist! My 6 year old daughter and I had the exact same size traps. So the fact that you can see them at all is fuckin amazing to me.
Then my chest... see how it hangs over my armpit... again there's no words for how happy that makes me. My boobs actually start to hurt when I'm on the mower at work for too long. The constant bouncing... the fact that my boobs are big enough to bounce and hurt... I'm soooooo fuckin happy!
Since I started lifting when I was 19 then when I stopped at 27, and since I started back up at 32 my chest, lats and traps have been my weakest points BY FAR!! The fact that my chest and traps aren't on that list anymore means the world to me.

So I guess what I'm saying is.... enjoy the wins!!! Celebrate the victories. I know we can all tear are own bodies apart all day and just see the flaws. But I'm trying not to do that... I'm trying to be more positive... until Lee posts new pictures and makes me hate myself all over again... and rock hard at the same time.. it's all very confusing... nothing like self hatred with a boner... Jesus... it's prom night all over again...

i startedlast week doing the much dreaded dead lifts, i do my squats n then go start on the dead lifts.
i will say from just one year ago ( last time i dead lifted) the difference is huge.
i hear lotta good things bout these dead lifts so well see..

You really should be trying to get 300g of protein per day and keep your fats and sugars low
