I've only been doing this for 3 years...
But Lee is absolutely right!
You have to find what works for you. You could be over training... you need rest as much as training. But food is by far the most important thing!
Plants can't grow without water and food. No matter how good the dirt is (training) no matter how much sun they get (gear) no matter how much dark they get (sleep) they won't grow without water and food! And the more water and food they get.... the bigger they will get!
We're the exact same way.
That's why professional bodybuilders eat 5,000+ calories per day... why professional strongmen eat 7,500-10,000 a day.
You have to eat for the body you want.
And Lee... fuck you man!!
