I dropped the tren and orals. My current stack is what I consider to be the safest year round stack for my body. I felt at lot better today, less toxic, and actually happy while training, which I haven’t felt in awhile. I dropped kratom. Too addictive! I cut Cialis back from 20mg to 10mg days ago and I still get a massive erection all night while sleeping. The pump today was great so 10mg is the right dose.

BICEPS/TRICEPS:
SUPERSET #1:
- 3 sets alternating dumbbell hammer curls supersetted with 3 sets one arm dumbbell kick backs.
GIANT SETS #2:
- 3 sets alternating dumbbell curls supersetted with 3 sets one arm reverse grip band pushdowns supersetted with 3 sets one arm overhand grip pushdowns supersetted with 3 sets one arm hammer grip band pushdowns supersetted with 3 sets one arm rope pushdowns torquing outward at the bottom supersetted with more reverse grip pushdowns and more overhand pushdowns.
SUPERSET #3:
- 3 sets dumbbell curls across the body and torquing the wrists outward at the top of the movement supersetted with 3 sets lying one arm dumbbell curls.
GIANT SET #4:
- 3 sets barbell drag curls supersetted with 3 sets skull crushers supersetted with 3 sets narrow grip barbell press supersetted with 3 sets reverse grip barbell press.
GIANT SET #5:
- 3 sets band curls performed like 21’s doing full range of motion, upper range of motion, and lower range of motion followed by single arm band curls followed by reverse grip band curls supersetted with 3 sets seated one arm dumbbell extensions.

AAS/HGH PROTOCOL:
- 60mg test prop daily
- 30mg NPP daily
- 20mg masteron prop daily
- 3-4ius HGH twice a day

  • 4 sets dumbbell shrugs straight up and down

SUPERSET #2:

  • 4 sets upright barbell rows supersetted with 4 sets upright band raises.


GIANT SET #3:

  • 4 sets side lateral dumbbell raises
  • 4 sets front dumbbell raises palms down
  • 4 sets dumbbell raises in between front and side
  • 4 sets front dumbbell raises hammer grip


GIANT SET #4:

- 4 sets of one fluid motion with bands doing side lateral raises up to parallel, then while at parallel to the ground bring bands around to front position and then lower the band down. Next bring the band up in the front position and while at parallel to the ground bring it around to the side position and bring the band down. Repeat until it’s no longer possible.

Whoo hoo!!! I went all out and out did my previous leg workout! Trained fasted on a 19 hour fast. I only do this the day after a cheat meal.

LEGS:
- I did one very long non stop set of dumbbell squats below parallel, dead lifting it up after touching the ground with each rep with 30Lbs dumbbells for 200 reps, plus around 500 reps of calves holding dumbbells, on one foot with no weight, and both feet no weight.

CARDIO:
- 30 minutes on the bike on level 11.

Not at all. The way I do things is I drop to a calories deficit the first 4 months then I add one meal or shake. A few months later I add another meal or shake. At that point my metabolism is on fire and I continue to lose body fat while simultaneously growing. My calories are 3,600 - 4,300 daily, depending on if I have 6 or 7 meals/shakes. I weigh between 192-197Lbs depending on how much water I’m holding intracellularly.
The process of dropping weight switched into gaining muscle while leaning out when I added HGH. I started with 3ius daily, 6 months ago, and now I’m up to 8ius daily. I split the dose into 3 shots, once fasted upon waking, once immediately post workout, and once before bed. My AAS regiment is the following injects everyday: 60mg test prop, 35mg NPP, 15mg masteron prop. Occasionally I use anavar and turinabol preworkout but only a few days a week and I cycle off orals monthly equal time off. I never eat cheat meal. I had one cheat meal in the past 46 days and I paid the price. I have degenerative disk disease meaning very little space between my spinal disks. When I eat cheat food the systemic inflammation in my body causes me incredible pain in my spine and down my sciatic nerve for a full week.

You're an animal! It's great to see others, that have also competed, continuing to train this intense. Are you on year-round? Diet plays such an important role in achieving our goals in bodybuilding. There are many younger bodybuilders using way too many steroids at super high dosages because they don't have their diet down. Many would make better gains if they dropped their dosages and cleaned up their diets. The only thing that I don't necessarily agree with your protocol is using 8 IUs of HGH daily. I think for us, in our 50's, 4-6 IUs is plenty. I have clients that were using 8 to 10 IUs per day when they came to me, and their carpal tunnel/joint pain was horrible. It wasn't something that happened overnight, but eventually it became pretty painful. I have most of my older and even younger clients on 2 to 4 IUs per day and the ones that were experiencing joint and carpal tunnel issues (when using 8 or higher doses of HGH) no longer have those sides. I run a similar protocol but use TRT dosages of Test, Primo at 300-400 mg per week, anavar and sometimes turinabol. There are times that I also add Masteron Prop., especially in the summer when I want the beach body look. From time to time, I like to use NPP which helps me keep my joints oiled up :). I too use low dosages of NPP, and it does the trick for me without any sides. Are you using pharmaceutical HGH or are you getting it through underground labs?

Lower doses and better diet.... that's probably the absolute best advice.
I've seen the same thing. Hell, I'm sure 90% of the guys on gear who don't really know what they are doing... you know the type... could look better than ever if they put as much effort into their cycles as they did their diet. I'd say diet is 70% of this lifestyle, then 10% sleep, 10% training and 10% supplements

Meanwhile the majority of people are doing 70% supplements, 10% diet.....

The crazy thing is if I skip HGH I ache. When I take 8ius my joints and muscles feel much better. I use the provider’s HGH. He has been around since I started posted on forums 13 years ago. He’s the only generic HGH seller I know of that posts the dimer count, purity, and number of iu’s for every batch. In the past I used pharma grade serostim at 6ius daily for 5 months and didn’t like the results. Besides the ridiculous cost, it didn’t make me look nearly as good as the provider’s black tops, golden tops, or mauve tops.
As far as AAS, I switch up my stack a lot based on how I feel. I play with the safer orals here and there, and sometimes I get stupid and take baby doses of tren. But, I always come to the same conclusion. Tren is bad news at my age. Orals catch up with too. I feel healthiest on a 2:1 ratio of test to nandrolone, with a low dose of masteron to negative estrogenic side effects. I avoid AI’s. They are way over used and generally make me feel like shit! My blood pressure and look are much better on fast esters: acetate, propionate, or phenylpropionate.
Diet is most important for health and results. You literally are what you eat. Today, I had two meals of 1/2Lb extra lean ground turkey breast and 2 cups of steamed basmati rice. I had one protein oat shake and I’m about to have one more before bed. I prefer a blended protein matrix that uses multiple protein sources for time release and because it’s more like real food. I take a lot of fish oil, krill oil, MCT oil, vitamins, minerals, taurine, Magnesium twice a day. My vitamin/mineral pill has digestive enzymes and a lot of added herbs. 👍

I cut my meals and shakes back to 5 day instead of 6-7. I notice less bloat which is better for my blood pressure.

DELTS/TRAPS:
- 4 sets barbell upright rows

SUPERSET:
- 4 sets bent lateral dumbbell raises supersetted with 4 sets dumbbell shrugs

GIANT SET:
- 4 sets lateral dumbbell raises
- 4 sets dumbbell raises in between front and side position
- 4 sets front dumbbell raises palms down
- 4 more sets lateral dumbbell raises
- 4 sets front dumbbell raises hammer grip

GIANT SET:
- 4 sets band raises up on the side and over to front while still holding parallel to the ground then down front position. Up front position and over to side while parallel to the ground then down side position. That’s one rep. Do as many reps as possible.
- 4 sets rear delt band raises, hammer grip
- 4 sets rear delt band raises, palms down
- 4 sets band face pulls
- 4 more sets rear delt band raises, palms down

I stayed fasted for 20 hours and did all of my training fasted since I had a cheat meal yesterday.

LEGS:
- I did one long set of non stop dumbbell squats/dead lifts/standing calf raises for 20 minutes. I was hurting after 9 minutes but kept going for 20 minutes. I’ll try to get up to a half hour next time but today there was no way unless some hot sexy girl was on my bed with a Christmas bow around her ass as my prize to do it.

CARDIO:
- 1 hour and 15 minutes on the bike on level 12 and level 11, fasted.

FOOD:
I made a big pot of bodybuilder soup:
(This will last me a good 7 or so meals.)
2 pounds chicken breast
5 cups basmati rice(cooked)
1 big can pinto beans
1 big can whole pealed tomatoes
2 small cans diced tomatoes
Cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, peas
Onion powder
Garlic powder
3 chicken bouillon cubes
1 beef bouillon cube
