What do you do for upper pecks? My upper pecks are not up to speed. Any information would be appreciated.I haven’t felt too well the past couple days; no energy and crappy feeling. Today, I doubled up on my preworkout stimulants and nootropics so I could do my workout. The pump was incredible today! I love the 25mg winstrol/20mg Cialis preworkout stack!
- 4 sets feet elevated on the computer table during push-ups for upper chest.
- 3 sets flat dumbbell flies.
- 3 sets barbell pullovers with pressing down low from the naval.
- 3 sets Kali Muscle prison push-ups with hands slid together at the top of each push-up on a 7Lb plate.
- 3 sets band crossover flies, middle and lower position.

Not that mine are great, but I have noticed a improvement since I started decline chest flys and standing dumbbell... press? Actually I don't know what to call it. I seen a guy do it on tick tock. I workout in my bedroom so for upper chest I do push-ups with my feet elevated on a table which is about 3 feet high. For upper/inner chest I do band flies with 2 bands, 1 attached to each door, and I keep my hands up high to hit the upper chest. I turned the bands into a cable crossover style machine.What do you do for upper pecks? My upper pecks are not up to speed. Any information would be appreciated.
Lucky you... I still have little bitch boy traps. They are by far my most stubborn body part. Every other thing I've had issues with is finally starting to come together... except for these traps. I think I'm just gonna go for massive amounts of volume. I keep hearing really good things about pause reps while shooting for 25 reps.Thank you guy’s, I’ll take a shot at it. With the gear I never have to isolate my traps or delts, they just want to grow
I want to get my front delt out of the action as much as possible while trying to activate my upper pec. Just want that line from top to bottom.

- 5 sets push-ups with feet elevated on the bed
- 5 sets regular push-ups
- 5 sets band flies, same as cable crossovers
- 40 minutes on the bike on level 11.
I finally built my new treadmill. It’s awesome! Just need an electrician to set up a separate power source.
