I agree not to train past the pump. Today I just sent crazy for the mental release. I don’t recommend anyone do a hundred sets like I did today. It was a lot of fun though.JJ how many sets do u recommend i do for arms as i have been told dont train past the pump but i do it anyway. now currently doing10 sets for tris, bis.?
For arms, back when I was going for size, I did the traditional 4 exercises, 4 sets each for biceps, and the same for triceps. That was what every pro bodybuilder was doing back in the 90’s pretty much. If you get maximum pump at 10 sets then 10 is perfect. I kind of wing it these days all based on how I feel.
